John E. Noldan, Director of Operations
As Director of Operations, John has been with Northern since 2005. As a veteran in the property management industry, John is responsible for the physical maintenance of the Northern Builders portfolio. In addition to managing Northern’s business park developments, John oversees all Northern’s industrial, office and retail properties. Capitalizing on the economies of a large portfolio, John negotiates multi-property agreements to lower building expenses and support greater cost controls. While managing specialized tenant improvement projects and all property maintenance, John consistently exceeds each client's expectations for quality, timeliness, and professionalism.
