This 10,000 SF build-to-suit entertainment venue is located within Parkway Bank Park, the village’s vibrant entertainment district. Designed as a state-of-the-art comedy club, the facility delivers a premium guest experience while preserving the signature character of the Zanies brand. The project enhances Rosemont’s thriving nightlife scene and reinforces its reputation as a regional hub for dining, live entertainment, and hospitality.

The club features stadium seating for 250 guests, a custom elevated stage designed for optimal sightlines, and a state-of-the-art sound system that ensures exceptional acoustics for live performances. Supporting amenities include a full-service wet bar, commercial kitchen, and VIP seating areas, creating a complete entertainment experience for patrons. The site offers convenient access to I-294 via the Balmoral Avenue interchange and is just minutes from O’Hare International Airport, making it easily accessible to both local visitors and touring performers.
