The facility was designed to accommodate high-volume storage, logistics, and distribution operations while providing functional Class A office space for management and sales staff.

The project includes 7,500 SF of Class A office space, 10 exterior dock doors, multiple drive-in doors, and ample trailer parking, supporting efficient workflow and operational flexibility. The building layout is optimized for seamless material handling and distribution processes.

Strategically located within Carlow Corporate Center, the facility provides direct access to I-55 via the Weber Road interchange and is located approximately 4 miles from the I-355 interchange.
