This 115,000 SF build-to-suit facility was developed for Titan Steel to support specialized steel processing and distribution operations. The building was designed with robust structural and mechanical systems to accommodate heavy industrial use while maintaining efficient workflow and safety standards throughout the space.

Key features include an engineered 30-foot-deep slitter pit, 18-inch reinforced concrete floors for coil storage, and a series of five-ton and ten-ton jib cranes for material handling. The facility also integrates punch press and shear line equipment, along with interior side-loaded docks that streamline material flow and loading operations in all weather conditions.

Strategically located in New Lenox, the site offers excellent access via I-80 at the Maple Street interchange and I-355 just a few miles to the east, with local circulation supported by Maple Street and West Haven Avenue, providing strong connectivity for regional and interstate logistics.
