This 30,000 SF build-to-suit facility in New Lenox was developed for Starcon to support a combination of office, warehouse, and manufacturing operations. The project was designed to accommodate high-performance workflow while providing flexible space for administrative and technical functions.

The facility includes a 15,000 SF office buildout, warehouse storage, and dedicated weld test stations. The building balances durability with efficient, functional design to support both administrative and industrial operations.

Completed on a five-month construction schedule, the project highlights Northern Builders’ ability to deliver tailored industrial facilities with speed, precision, and quality. Strategically located at 2100 Ellis Court within the Cherry Hill Business Park, the site provides excellent logistical connectivity via the nearby I-80 and I-355 interchanges. The facility is less than two miles from the I-80/Maple Street interchange and about five miles south of I-355, allowing for efficient access to the greater Chicago metro area, Joliet, and the I-55 freight corridor. U.S. Route 30 (Lincoln Highway) and Cherry Hill Road further enhance local accessibility for employees and deliveries.
