This 125,000 SF food product research, development, and manufacturing facility was developed for Kent Precision Foods Group to support the production of private label and branded flavor systems, spices, and dry powdered mixes. The facility was designed to meet the company’s stringent quality and safety standards while providing a flexible environment for innovation and large-scale production.

The building includes 18,008 SF of food-grade manufacturing space, 10,171 SF of warehouse space, and 5,821 SF of office space, creating a fully integrated operation that supports both administrative and technical functions. As a USDA-certified facility, it features specialized dry powder mixing and packaging systems engineered for food-grade compliance, efficiency, and product quality.

Strategically located within Carlow Corporate Center in Bolingbrook, the facility provides direct access to I-55 via the Weber Road interchange and is located approximately 4 miles from the I-355 interchange. Positioned within one of Chicagoland’s premier industrial corridors, the site offers exceptional regional connectivity for the efficient movement of raw materials and finished products throughout the Midwest.
