This 14,960 SF build-to-suit facility was developed for the Plainfield Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) within Plainfield Business Park in Plainfield, Illinois. Constructed on a 1.48-acre site, the facility features 5 drive-in doors and a 20-foot clear height, purpose-built to support PEMA’s critical operations and rapid response capabilities.

PEMA is strategically located on Wood Farm Road near Van Dyke Road, offering direct access to I-55 via the Caton Farm Road interchange and convenient connectivity to U.S. Route 30. Its location within Plainfield’s industrial corridor provides strong regional accessibility, while proximity to the BNSF Railway mainline enhances logistical flexibility to support a range of industrial and municipal operations.
