Nutriad Hampshire

This 50,400 SF build-to-suit facility in Hampshire was developed for Nutriad to support high-performance manufacturing, production, and warehouse operations. The facility was designed to accommodate specialized processes while providing functional office space for administrative operations.

The building includes 6,000 SF of office space, 36,000 SF of warehouse, 7,000 SF of production area, and 1,400 SF of flammable storage. The flammable storage area is equipped with explosion-proof blowout panels and explosion-proof electrical devices to ensure safety and compliance with industrial regulations. The facility also features five exterior truck docks and one overhead drive-in, supporting efficient logistics and material handling.

Strategically located in Hampshire, the facility offers direct access to IL-72 (Main Street) and IL-47, providing efficient east-west and north-south regional connectivity. The site is less than 5 miles from I-90 via IL-47, facilitating distribution throughout the Chicagoland area and Midwest.
