Impact Field

This $63 million development serves as a landmark destination and community centerpiece. The facility was completed in 2018 following an 18-month construction schedule, showcasing Northern’s ability to deliver large-scale, high-profile public venues with precision and efficiency.

The stadium features 6,500 fixed seats for baseball games and accommodates more than 10,000 guests for concerts, festivals, and special events. Amenities include six private suites, four party decks, and a 5,000 SF stadium club on the second level, offering premium experiences for fans and event guests. The lower and field levels include a 10,000 SF kitchen commissary with walk-in freezer and cooler, a 3,000 SF home team locker room and 1,500 SF visitors’ locker room, both with full showers, a 2,100 SF groundskeeping area, multiple private offices and restrooms, and a 1,900 SF fan experience area with batting cages. The concourse level houses a team store, ticket offices, seven concession areas, and two sets of public restrooms.

Supporting the stadium’s operations is a four-level concrete parking garage with capacity for 1,300 vehicles, including four passenger elevators and four freight elevators. The facility’s location provides convenient access to I-294 via the Rosemont Avenue interchange and I-90, as well as nearby public transit options including the Rosemont CTA Blue Line station, the Rosemont Metra station, and the Rosemont Transit Center served by multiple Pace bus routes. The Club at Impact Field operates year-round as a venue for weddings, meetings, and banquets, further extending the stadium’s role as a community destination.
