This 12,579 SF project was completed for Haribo, the world’s #1 selling gummi bear brand. The project renovated their Midwest regional office to provide a modern, functional workspace for administrative and corporate operations.

The scope included total demolition of the existing space and a complete build-out of a Class A office environment, incorporating high-end finishes, efficient layouts, and functional spaces to support staff operations. All work was carefully executed while the client occupied the space, requiring meticulous planning and phased construction to minimize disruption.

Strategically located in Rosemont, the facility provides convenient access to I-294 via the Balmoral Avenue interchange, I-90, and I-190, supporting employee commutes and regional operations. O’Hare International Airport is approximately 5 miles north, facilitating corporate travel, while the Rosemont CTA Blue Line and nearby Metra stations provide additional transit options.
