This 6,494 SF facility was developed for Fresenius, a leading kidney dialysis provider, to support outpatient renal care and treatment. The building was designed to provide a safe, functional, and patient-focused environment for dialysis services.

The project included wood framing and masonry wall construction for the building’s exterior, an extensive water treatment room to support dialysis operations, and medical-grade finishes throughout to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and enhance the patient experience.

Strategically located in Plainfield, the facility provides convenient access to I-55 via the Caton Farm Road interchange and I-80 via the Laraway Road interchange, facilitating efficient regional access for patients and staff.
