Fresenius Kidney Care Glenview

This 7,660 SF facility in Glenview was renovated for Fresenius Medical Care, the largest dialysis corporation in the United States. The project involved a five-phase renovation designed to modernize and expand the clinic while maintaining continuous patient care and operational functionality.

The renovation included the addition of 20 dialysis stations, a new water treatment system, administrative offices, a lobby, and nurse stations. Upgrades also encompassed new electrical service, a backup generator, and a redesigned entry and facade, ensuring both functional efficiency and an enhanced patient experience. All work was completed while the clinic remained fully operational, demonstrating careful coordination and phased construction management.

Strategically located near major transportation routes, the facility offers excellent accessibility via I-294 (Tri-State Tollway), located approximately 3 miles west and accessible through the Willow Road interchange, and I-94 (Edens Expressway), about 5 miles east via Lake Avenue. Nearby arterials such as Milwaukee Avenue (IL-21) and Willow Road provide convenient local access for patients and staff from surrounding communities including Northbrook, Glenview, and Des Plaines.
