This 689,654 SF North American manufacturing facility was developed for Andrew Corporation to consolidate seven existing operations into a single state-of-the-art campus in New Lenox, Illinois. The facility serves as a major production center for telecommunications equipment, including satellite and heavy-duty cable manufacturing, and integrates research, development, design, and engineering functions within a 130,000 SF Class A office environment.

The project included the coordination and installation of both new and existing manufacturing equipment, a fully air-conditioned production floor, and a separate power substation providing 16,000 amps of service to support heavy industrial operations. Designed for long-term efficiency and employee comfort, the facility also features a full-service cafeteria and modern amenities throughout.

Construction was completed on an accelerated nine-month schedule, with operations relocating in 2007. Later that year, Andrew Corporation merged with CommScope, becoming a wholly owned subsidiary.
